Foundations Class
Welcome to the Foundations Class. This class is for yoga newbies and those returning to the practice. It is based on the disciplines of Hatha Yoga, which views asanas (poses) and breath as gateways to meditation and deep spiritual connection.
The class is slow-paced and designed to help you cultivate increased strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and body awareness.
You will learn the alignment principles of the basic asanas and will be introduced to the powerful instrument of your breath—which is both an anchor and a mover.
Props suggested for this class: 2 firm yoga blocks, blanket, and yoga strap (optional).
Foundation Classes are every Tuesday 7:30 – 8:30 PM. Pay with Venmo now or cash at the door.

All Levels Class
The All Levels class is designed for regularly-practicing beginners and intermediate students. The focus is to go beyond the physical elements of the asanas and move towards a deeper experience, which requires using the breath as an anchor and not struggling to hold a pose.
Hatha yoga is not exercise, it is a spiritual practice designed to bring us into deep connection with our spiritual being and realize the essence of who we are. This class will include an hour of yoga asana followed by fifteen minutes of pranayama and meditation.
All Levels Classes are every Tuesday 6:30 – 7:15 PM. Pay with Venmo now or cash at the door.
